About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of nutrovehealth.ae and any order you place with us. By browsing the site, creating a cart or completing a purchase, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nutrove Health is a premium supplements and wellness brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Using our website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes: to browse our products, place orders and contact us. You agree not to misuse it — that includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how the site works, scraping it at scale, or using it for anything unlawful.

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Our products

Nutrove Health products are dietary supplements intended for use by healthy adults as part of a balanced diet and lifestyle. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by a health authority.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or living with a medical condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before taking any supplement. Always follow the directions and the serving size on the label, and keep products out of reach of children.

We publish full Supplement Facts, including every ingredient and its dose, on each product page. Read the label on the product you receive — it is the definitive list for that batch — and stop use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Product information and availability

We work hard to describe our products, ingredients, images and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that every detail on the site is complete or error-free. Product descriptions, specifications, packaging and availability may change without notice.

Colours and finishes of apparel and accessories may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a refund or cancellation.

We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, resale, or a breach of these terms.

Payment and checkout

Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Orders placed before 2pm typically arrive within 1–2 business days, and delivery is free on orders over AED 300. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

It is your responsibility to give us a complete and correct delivery address and a contact number the courier can reach.

Returns and refunds

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Free gifts and promotional items must be returned with the order they came with when the qualifying purchase is refunded.

Promotions, codes and free gifts

Discount codes are limited to one per order and cannot be combined. Free gifts are awarded automatically at the qualifying order value, and only the highest qualifying tier applies.

Promotions run while stocks last. We may change, limit or withdraw any promotion, code or gift tier at any time, and we may cancel a discount that has been obtained through misuse.

Information you give us

When you order or sign up, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are old enough to enter into a contract with us. How we handle that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Nutrove Health name, logo, branding, product designs, packaging, formulations, text, photography and graphics — is our property or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Third-party links

Our website may link to external platforms and services, including social media and delivery tracking. We are not responsible for the content, practices or policies of those third parties, and a link is not an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrove Health is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from misuse of our website or products, from use that does not follow the label directions, or from a decision taken without professional medical advice.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service, our policies and our website content at any time. The version published on this page, with the date it was last updated, is the one that applies to your use of the site and to orders placed from that point on.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
