Shipping & Free Gift Tiers
Every website order over AED 300 ships free across the UAE. Build a bigger stack and a free gift is added automatically — the highest tier your order reaches.
Policy controls
- Thresholds are calculated using the net website order value after all discount codes.
- Only one gift applies per order: the gift from the highest tier reached. Gifts are not cumulative.
- Free gifts apply to website orders only and are unavailable on marketplace or wholesale orders.
- All gifts are subject to stock availability; T-shirt gifts are also subject to available sizes.
- If a return reduces the retained order value below the qualifying tier, the gift must be returned or its website selling price may be deducted from the refund.
