Nutrove Health is a premium supplements and wellness brand based in the United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and the choices you have. It applies to nutrovehealth.ae and to any orders, forms or messages you send us.

Information we collect

When you fill in a form on our website — for example to register interest, join our list, or contact support — we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle and city.

When you place an order, your order and delivery information is collected and processed through Shopify, our e-commerce platform. Payment is handled by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details on our own systems.

We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which helps us keep the site secure and working properly.

Why we use your information

We use your information to fulfil and deliver your orders, to provide customer support and respond to your questions, and — only where you have opted in — to send you marketing updates, offers and product news.

Marketing communications are strictly opt-in. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying to ask us to stop, or contacting support. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect our ability to process your existing orders.

How your data is stored

Customer and order data is stored securely within Shopify, which processes it on our behalf. Information submitted through website forms is stored in our customer records so we can respond to you and, where you have consented, keep you updated.
